Sometimes, browsing through pamphlets or looking at pictures of properties just isn't enough. You need to immerse yourself in the experience — to truly feel the essence of the place, bringing you closer to these wonderful tourism destinations.
Megaworld is bringing you that journey as it unveils its first-ever experiential property showroom, the Megaworld Leisure Showroom, at Eighty One Mall in Newport City, Pasay, on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024.
The showroom features three interactive rooms, called "phases," where guests and potential clients can immerse themselves in Megaworld's developments at the 150-hectare Boracay Newcoast in Malay, Aklan; the 462-hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente, Palawan; and the upcoming 150-hectare Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Lian, Batangas.
Stepping into the Megaworld Leisure Showroom feels like embarking on a journey. Each of the three phases invites guests to explore in a way that goes beyond traditional property viewings. In Phase 1, guests are introduced to their chosen destination, gaining a sense of place through familiarization. As they move to Phase 2, the experience deepens with a video showcase of the amenities and developments that await them. But it’s in Phase 3 where the magic happens—guests are fully immersed, with state-of-the-art projectors and surround sound transporting them into a first-person perspective of stunning landscapes, making it feel as though they are truly there.
Javier Romeo Abustan, Megaworld Platinum’s head of sales and marketing, shares how these interactive spaces highlight the country's top tourism destinations, which inspired the concept behind the Megaworld Leisure Showroom. "We are proud to be in some of the country's most beautiful tourism destinations, and we want to showcase these landscapes to our clients to give them an idea of the excitement waiting for them in our developments. Since people cannot visit these locations right away, we thought why not bring the destinations to them instead? That's the big 'what if' question that we had when we were conceptualizing the Megaworld Leisure Showroom.”
Beyond the immersive phases, the showroom also features a bar, a dining area, and a spacious conference room that can be used for events or reconfigured into smaller meeting rooms with dividers.
