Parañaque LGU to implement road closures for Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno visit

Parañaque City's Traffic and Management Office (TPMO) will implement road closures for the visit of the Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno to the city on Friday, September 13.

Mayor Eric Olivarez said road closures will be implemented along San Antonio Avenue, Sta. Lucia and San Vicente Ferrer from 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m.

He said heavy traffic is expected along San Antonio Avenue, Barangay San Antonio.

The mayor said additional personnel from TPMO will be deployed to assist motorists and lead them to alternative routes in going to their destinations.

Olivarez urged city residents and devotees to join in welcoming the image of of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno at the Parañaque City Sports Complex at 10:00 a.m.

He said a Holy Mass to be officiated by Rev. Fr. Kevin Luther C. Crisostomo is scheduled at 10:30 a.m.

The veneration of the image of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno will be from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The mayor told devotees of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno to pay homage to him who is venerated for the miracles of healing and to take the opportunity to personally present their intentions to the Black Nazarene
