American couple intercepted at NAIA for carrying liquid marijuana

Airport authorities apprehended an American couple after they yielded a vape containing liquid marijuana at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

A report from the Office for Transportation Security (OTS), said the liquid marijuana was discovered while the couple was undergoing final security check.

The couple, however, told airport authorities thatg the liquid marijuana is being used as a medication for the female passenger.

Airport authorities, however, explained to the American couple that it is illegal to carry liquid marijuana in the Philippines.
