In its latest weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that two weather disturbances will bring cloudy to rainy weather, particularly in parts of Luzon and Visayas --- including Metro Manila.

PAGASA said the LPA was located 695 kilometers east of Butuan City in Agusan del Norte as of 3 a.m.

The LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to Caraga, Davao Region, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Central Visayas, Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, Leyte, Southern Leyte, and Eastern Samar.

The southwest monsoon will also bring cloudy to partly cloudy skies with scattered or isolated rains and rain showers, as well as thunderstorms to Palawan, the rest of Mindanao, Western Visayas, the Negros Island Region, and Occidental Mindoro.

Localized thunderstorms are also expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms and moderate to heavy rains.
