FASHION PULIS: Conflicting testimonies

Customer service is essential nowadays. Sometimes, good customer service outweighs an ordinary dish. As long as the staff shows kindness and respect in a restaurant, diners can forgive the quality of food. By contrast, rude servers can negate the high quality of food served to customers.

These days, customers are very observant. Not only do they pay attention to the design of a food shop, but eyes are set on the servers as well. Perhaps timing is essential as different views have been expressed by netizens regarding Female Owner (FO).

As a regarded entrepreneur, FO does not merely sit down and watch customers patronize her shop. FO is hands-on and often present when the shop is open. Although her presence is appreciated by some customers, others are critical of her behavior. One time, FO was observed to be cranky towards the staff and customers. Customers who greeted FO were surprised that they were not acknowledged at all. Hence, her attitude began to weigh more than the food the shop serves.

Never learn

The latest buzz in the grapevine is that the Family Patriarch (FP) might take legal action against the Alleged Suspects (AS) in the crime against a Young Talent (YT). With the woke generation and the age of me, too, such crime is an act that can no longer be kept secret. In other words, if an accusation is made, people will listen to the accuser and not dismiss the account just to protect certain reputations.

According to the grapevine, AS thought YT was an easy target. Decades ago, there were indeed scrupulous personalities who used their positions or pretended they could provide projects to showbiz wannabees for them to reach fame. Then, they executed their evil plans by taking advantage of the innocence and the dream of the youths. By the time the aspirants realized they were used, embarrassment and silence prevailed. Subsequently, they let their dreams die.

Sadly, AS made the mistake thinking YT was naïve. YT is not a newbie as he has already shown he is on the way up. Besides, YT has contacts and even if he tries to prove his worth independently, people, like FP, will not tolerate the alleged crime.


Incidentally, no official details have been released and to protect the victim, the identity has been withheld for now. Meanwhile, anonymous accounts attempted to name names. Without proof, such posts might be deemed as smear campaigns against the named supposed perpetuators.
