Man yields shabu in Taguig

The police arrested a man for possession of suspected shabu in Barangay Bambang, Taguig on Aug. 28.

The suspect, identified by the police as alias Bungal, 40, was nabbed after authorities implemented a search warrant.

Operatives from the Taguig Police’s Ususan SubStation 4, in coordination with Barangay Bambang officials, implemented the search warrant issued by Executive Judge Byron San Pedro of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 15-Family Court.

Authorities confiscated nine plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 15 grams valued at P102,000 and drug paraphernalia.

The police will file a complaint against the suspect for possession of illegal drugs before the Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office.
