The veteran tactician said he sees Mark Gojo Cruz, a former Junior Altas, as the next big thing together with Bryan Manuel, Axl Jon Manuel, Emman Pizarro, Markkian Danag and Axle Rose Javier.
"Hopefully they gained the experience early on and will mature immediately in every game," Racela said.
With sponsors F2 Logistics, Fins and Claws, and World Balance giving their full support for Perpetual, the mentor vowed to pour it all and become a strong title contender.
F2 Logistics recently expanded its assistance to the sports program of the school and included the junior basketball teams and the senior volleyball squad to their list of commitments.
F2 recently signed an agreement led by CEO Efren Uy and Perpetual team manager Anton Tamayo.
Racela, together with assistant coach Richard Del Rosario, will lean on holdovers Christian Pagaran and Nathaniel Sevilla along with John Cedrick Abis, Jearico Nuñez, John Paul Boral, Gelo Gelsano, Shawn Orgo and Richard Movida.
"I am very conservative because I'll take it one game at a time, compete in every possession, keep up with the opponent, hopefully steal a win in every game.
