Cashier shot dead in Quezon

SARIAYA, Quezon â€“ A 28-year-old cashier was gunned down in a restaurant in Barangay Balubal here on Tuesday night, August 27.

Police identified the victim as Michael Badiola of Barangay Gibanga, this town.

Investigation said the victim was eating in a restaurant when two men arrived and shot him from behind. He died on the spot.

Witnesses told police that one of the suspects has fair complexion, medium built, wearing white short and blue jacket. The other also has fair complexion, medium built, and wearing maong short and black T-shirt.

A CASHIER was shot dead in a restaurant in Barangay Balubal, Sariaya, Quezon on Tuesday, August 27.

The suspects fled on foot and police recovered four fired cartridge cases and a fired bullet of unknown caliber.

Police are conducting follow-up investigation.
