2 Chinese men arrested for robbery, rape in Parañaque City


The Parañaque City Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD) filed charges of robbery with rape against two Chinese nationals who sexually assaulted a Vietnamese woman on August 25.

Members of the Parañaque City Police Tambo Police Station identified the suspects as Junsong Lu, 30, and Xinzhi Sui, 26. Both are residents of Pixel Residences, Bradco Avenue, Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City.

The Southern Police District (SPD) said the incident happened at around 6:30 a.m. on August 24 inside a room of a resort and casino located in BarangayTambo, Parañaque City.

According to the victim, who is Sui's chat mate, she agreed to meet the latter at the unit when he suddenly grabbed her, covered her mouth with a towel, and sexually assaulted her.

Meanwhile, Lu forced her to unlock her cellphone using its Face ID feature. 

The victim was able to free herself from being tied when the suspects left the room and immediately sought assistance from the building's security personnel which led to the arrest of the suspects.

During the investigation, the victim found out that the suspects took P184,000 from her savings.
