“The men and women of the Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) manifest their full support to the law enforcement operation undertaken by our colleagues in uniform,” said PRO-6 chief Police Brig. Gen.  Jack Wanky in support of the PRO-11 led by Police Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III.

Wanky said the Philippine National Police (PNP) enforces lawful orders.

“This principle likewise means that the law must apply to all and that no one is above the law. Not even a self-appointed, Anointed Son of God can exempt himself from adherence to our penal and procedural laws.”

“This task transcends beyond personal interests, political affiliations, religious beliefs, and ideological biases,” Wanky said.

Vice President Sara Duterte and former President Rodrigo Duterte have issued separate statements condemning the alleged abuse of power by the PNP in Quiboloy’s case.

“We stand with our colleagues in uniform who continue to remain steadfast in their commitment to bring fugitives into the bar of justice. We believe that in the end, justice and righteousness will prevail,” Wanky said.
