Actor Ahron Villena recalls being allegedly exploited on movie set when he was newcomer: 'Parang proud na proud ka pa'

Actor Ahron Villena revealed he was exploited as a newcomer in the entertainment industry as he narrated an encounter with a famous movie director.

Ahron reacted after the film director allegedly tolerated such practice on the set when the actor started.

The 37-year-old actor joined showbiz in 2004 and appeared in movies and television. In May 2024, Ahron was one of the stars presented by GMA Network for Sparkle GMA Artist Center’s ‘Signed for Stardom’ contract signing event.

A part of the actor's post wrote:

"May nakita akong post nagsalita pala etong direktor na eto na matagal na daw nangyayari ung mga ganung scenario? Parang proud na proud ka pa.

"Eh kung sabihin ko kaya na isa ako dun sa artistang naexploit at ikaw un!

"Kaya sana tahimik kana lang din. Kahit noon or ngayon never naman magiging tama ung gawaing ganun.

"Kung totoo man or hindi hindi mo dapat tolerate ung mga ganung bagay!" Ahron wrote.
