Widower killed in motorcycle crash

INFANTA, Quezon – A 70-year-old widower was killed and three individuals were injured in a collision between two motorcycles on the Infanta-Real Provincial Road in Barangay Tongohin, this town, on Friday night, August 23.

Police identified the fatality as Edilberto, a resident of Barangay Libjo here. Injured were Katrina, a minor; Khen, 19, and Ricardo, also residents of this town.

Investigation disclosed that the motorcycle driven by Khen with back rider Ricardo rammed the motorcycle driven by Katrina with back rider Edilberto while it was turning left.

They sustained injuries and taken to a hospital where Edilberto was declared dead.

Khen faces charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, damage to property, and physical injuries.
