DMCI Homes developing former Delta Theater site

DMCI Homes, the Philippines’ leader in resort-inspired developments, is developing the site of the former Delta Theater in Quezon City into a 57-storey residential condominium.

The Consunji-led property developer announced that it is building One Delta Terraces, a single-tower residential development rising on the prominent corner of West Avenue and Quezon Avenue in Barangay West Triangle.

The firm said One Delta Terraces will stand as DMCI Homes' flagship development in Quezon City, perfectly suited for its prime location. One Delta Terraces is set for completion in November 2029.

Spanning almost 6,000 square meters (sq.m), the property offers a wealth of amenities, including swimming pools, a gazebo, a play area, an entertainment room, and a fitness gym.

These facilities are strategically distributed from the grand lobby to the 6th-floor amenity level and culminating at the roof deck.

The crowning glory of One Delta Terraces is its roof deck, where an open Sky Lounge and an L-shaped lounge pool await, offering residents a majestic view of the city skyline.

Residents will also enjoy convenient on-site facilities such as a laundry station, water station, convenience store, and snack bar.

Moreover, One Delta Terraces is equipped with innovative, industry-first services like commercial-grade community Internet, DMCI Homes’ pioneering RideShare Carpool Program, and the DMCI Communities Mobile App, ensuring a truly elevated living experience.

Units at One Delta Terraces are competitively priced, ranging from P7.3 million to P21.7 million, reflecting both the property's convenient location and its premium amenities.

The spacious unit options, including studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, range from 29 sq.m to 95.5 sq.m. Offering more space and value, units will have a ceiling height of up to three meters.

One Delta Terraces offers unparalleled accessibility. It is less than a 10-minute drive from EDSA and the Quezon Avenue ramp of Skyway Stage 3, ensuring smooth travel for residents and visitors alike from various parts of Metro Manila and beyond.

Daily commutes to and from One Delta Terraces are effortlessly convenient, with its proximity to key MRT-3 stations—Quezon Avenue, Kamuning, and North Avenue—as well as the FPJ Station of the LRT-1.

Moreover, the property is just seven minutes from the forthcoming Quezon Avenue station of the Metro Manila Subway, currently under construction. The variety of transport options along Quezon Avenue further enhances mobility.

Quezon City’s bustling business districts, including Vertis North and Eton Centris, are within easy reach, while an array of grocery stores and shopping malls surround the area.

Fisher Mall is located less than a kilometer away, with Vertis North and TriNoma malls just a 10-minute drive from the property.

Families will find an abundance of educational institutions nearby, such as St. Mary’s College, St. Theresa’s College, UST, FEU, St. Joseph’s College, Philippine Science High School, UP Diliman, Miriam College, and the Ateneo all within minutes from the condominium.

Premier healthcare facilities, including the Capitol Medical Center, Philippine Heart Center, Philippine Children’s Medical Center, Lung Center of the Philippines, National Kidney and Transplant Institute, and St. Luke's Medical Center-Quezon City, are just a short drive away, ensuring that top-tier medical services are always within reach.

Furthermore, the property’s central location ensures that government offices like the Quezon City Hall, the Land Transportation Office, Social Security System, and the National Statistics Office are easily accessible, adding another layer of convenience for residents.
