Little Bao takes over Your Local Makati with exclusive menu until this weekend only

For the next few days and until August 25, Sunday, Hong Kong’s Little Bao is doing a take over of Your Local on Esteban St., Legazpi Village, Makati. Little Bao’s May Chow and Your Local’s Patrick Go promise that this collaboration will truly bring together the very best of their two culinary worlds.

May Chow was Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2017, and the renowned Little Bao team will be offering an exclusive set menu that gives the choice of a main dish of their famous double-flamed Pork Char Siu Bao, or the Sichuan Fried Chicken. The side dish options are a choice of the Little Bao Caesar Salad, or the stir-fried Beef Noodles Fries.

For dessert, they’ve worked together on a unique Pinoy Polvoron & Calamansi. The specially crafted cocktails are a Lychee Yuzu Gin & Tonic and a Shiso Highball 2.0. For non-alcoholic beverages, there’s a Yuzu Maple Soda and a Guavalada which combines guava, passionfruit and grapefruit with plum powder.
