Parañaque environment office cited for outstanding solid waste management

The Philippine League of Local Environment and Natural Resources Officers (PLLENRO) recognized the Parañaque City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) for its exceptional dedication to environment sustainability.

CENRO was recognized by the body during its 15th National Convention held in Boracay Island, Malay Aklan.  

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said the award acknowledges the remarkable efforts of CENRO in the implementation and management of the Solid Waste Management Program in the city.

The award was received by Mark Allen Besa, CENRO officer-in-charge, and Engr. Teresa Quiogue, assistant department head of CENRO.
