Businessman arrested for illegal possession of firearm, grave threat in Parañaque City

A businessman was arrested by members of the Parañaque City Police Tambo Substation after getting irate at a parking lot guard and pointing a pistol at him in Barangay Tambo.
The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspect as "Satar," 59.
Based on the police report, the suspect was about to leave the parking area of an establishment and submitted an expired parking ticket to the duty guard.
This prompted the guard to request for the suspect's documents proving his ownership of the car.
Satar then became angry at the guard and pulled a .40 caliber pistol on him.
The victim immediately sought assistance from police officers who arrested the suspect.
Arresting officers recovered the pistol from Satar together with seventeen pieces of ammunition.
The suspect was charged with grave threat and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
