4 out of 5 Caloocan residents satisfied with Mayor Malapitan's governance - survey

Four out of five Caloocan residents are satisfied with Mayor Dale “Along” Malapitan’s governance, according to the July 2024 survey of the Social Weather Stations (SWS).

Malapitan was described as a “great leader” with a brand of governance that is “productive”, “helpful”, “efficient”, and “approachable”.

The city mayor expressed his gratitude to the residents for their trust in his governance.

“Sa mga Batang Kankaloo, maraming-maraming salamat po sa patuloy na lakas ng inyong tiwala sa ating pamumuno at sa kakayahan natin na gabayan ang lungsod na mas maging maunlad at matiwasay para sa inyong lahat (To Batang Kankaloo, thank you very much for continued trust in our leadership and in our capability to guide the city to become more prosperous and peaceful for all of you),” the city mayor said.

"Lagi nating inuuna ang kapakanan ng ating mga mamamayan. Mula sa P500 cash gift at birthday package para sa mga lolo at lola, sa paglalagay ng streetlights sa mga komunidad, hanggang sa pagkakaroon ng mahusay na programa upang tumugon sa mga sakuna, lahat po ng ito ay para sa inyo, mga Batang Kankaloo (We always put the welfare of our citizens first. From the P500 cash gift and birthday package for grandparents, to the installation of streetlights in the communities, to the creation of a great program to respond to disasters, all of this is for you, Batang Kankaloo)," he added.

Malapitan said the city government will continue to prioritize projects that will make the lives of the residents better.
