Suspected dangerous drugs found on sea of Eastern Samar

TACLOBAN CITY – Four sacks and two boxes of suspected dangerous drugs were found by two fishermen on the sea of Barangay Santa Monica, Oras, Eastern Samar on Sunday, August 18.

SUSPECTED dangerous drugs were found in the sea of Oras, Eastern Samar on Sunday, August 18.

The two fishermen – Rico and Verni – turned over the contraband to the barangay captain of Santa Monica who reported this to the police.

These were brought to the Eastern Samar Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.

However, these were found negative for shabu, ephedrine, and cocaine.
