Sandro Muhlach tells alleged sexual assault offenders: 'I will not be silenced'

Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach, son of actor-businessman Nino Muhlach, shared an emotional post on social media after he attended the Senate hearing looking into an alleged sexual assault case.

On the Instagram story on Aug. 20, Sandro started his post with, "I will not be silenced. The truth will prevail."

Sandro said he had sleepless nights and suffered trauma after the incident.

The young actor prayed that what had happened to him would not happen to his brother or others.

Sandro, 23, emphasized that his pursuit of justice is intended to support and advocate for all who have suffered abuse.

He expressed gratitude to his family and friends for their support during this battle.

On Aug. 19, Sandro attended the Senate hearing online.

In the same hearing, the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media ordered the detention of Jojo Nones, one of two independent contractors of GMA Network.

Jojo was accused of sexually assaulting Sandro and was cited for continuous lying, leading to contempt charges.

Also on Monday, the camp of Muhlach formally filed a complaint of rape through sexual assault against Nones and Richard Cruz before the Department of Justice.
