Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill to open at Newport World Resorts in August

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines is set to open its doors this August at Newport World Resorts, marking the internationally acclaimed chef’s first restaurant in the country. The announcement was made by multi-Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and Newport World Resorts Chairman Kevin L. Tan following a meeting in Macao. Tan noted that the collaboration underscores Newport World Resorts' commitment to offering elevated dining experiences, further cementing its position as a leader in the industry.

The restaurant will be located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, occupying a spacious 400-square-meter area. This makes it one of the largest dining establishments within the 25-hectare resort. With seating capacity for up to 100 guests, the venue is expected to draw in food enthusiasts not only from Metro Manila but from across the region, especially given its strategic location near Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill will feature a menu of British culinary classics, including signature dishes like Beef Wellington, grilled steaks, and fresh seafood. The bar will offer a curated selection of high-end wines, spirits, and expertly crafted cocktails, providing a comprehensive dining experience.

Reservations will open on August 20, 2024, and with the combination of Ramsay’s renowned culinary expertise and Newport World Resorts’ reputation for luxury, the restaurant is anticipated to become a prime destination for both locals and tourists alike.
