Based on the police report, the Bulakan Municipal Police Station flagged down a man who was driving a single motorcycle with two back riders on their way to Malolos City during the conduct of Oplan Sita in Brgy. Maysantol at about 3:50 a.m. on August 19

The patrolling officers noticed a revolver tucked into the driver’s right hip and upon questioning, the suspect failed to present a permit to carry the firearm outside his residence which led to their arrest.

The authorities confiscated one caliber.22 with serial number 758779 with four live cartridges, one spent cartridge, and several plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of P140,000.

Ten more drug peddlers were arrested in different buy-bust operations by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Angat, Pandi, Baliwag, Balagtas, Obando, and Guiguinto. Confiscated during the operations were 19 sachets of suspected shabu and four plastic sachets containing dried marijuana leaves worth P110,205 and the marked money.

The arrested suspects were immediately detained while the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for examination. Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 are now being prepared for filing in court against the suspects.

Three more persons wanted by law were arrested in a series of manhunt operations conducted by the tracker teams of Doña Remedios Trinidad, Sta. Maria, and Bocaue City Police Stations.

The arrested felons were placed under the custody of the arresting units and stations.
