Drei Sugay releases latest single 'idky anymore'

Reflecting his frustrations on self-penned song

Former “Idol Philippines” season 2 contestant Drei Sugay ponders over feeling lost in life in his new single “idk anymore.”

The alternative rock track delves into doubts and frustrations as it encourages listeners to release their emotions instead of disregarding it. Drei penned the track while StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos took charge of its production.

Last year, Drei made his debut as a recording artist through the single “Ganun Talaga” which surpassed over 600,000 streams on Spotify. Following it up, he released the tracks “Iyong Mga Mata” and “Aking Tangi” with the latter being a part of “High Street’s” official soundtrack.

The Kapamilya singer-songwriter began his music career when he auditioned for “The Voice Teens Philippines” season 1 where he was coached by Apl.de.Ap. In 2022, he joined the second season of “Idol PH” and finished as one of the top 12 contestants of the singing competition.
