'It's Showtime' kicks off 15th anniversary with announcement of the Magpasikat 2024 teams

Back-to-back surprises await the madlang people this Monday (Aug. 19) as "It's Showtime" announces its teams for the much-awaited Magpasikat 2024, while "Showtime Online U" celebrates its eighth anniversary with a showstopping opening performance. 

Fans should be aware of who among the hosts will team up in their annual friendly competition and have the chance to dethrone Jhong, Kim, and Ion. See if Darren will be lucky enough to win in his first Magpasikat. 

Meanwhile, its online show "Showtime Online U" continues to provide extended fun and insights daily with its hosts Wize Estabillo, AC Soriano, Nicki Morena, Lorraine Galvez, JM dela Cerna, Marielle Montillano, Anthony Castillo, Anne Tenorio, Jannah Alanise, and Mackie Empuerto. The SOU family grew this year with the addition of former TNT Kids finalist and one of the New Gen Kapamilya singers Sheena Belarmino. Former Bidaman first runner up Eris Aragoza also returned. 

Don't miss their exciting opening performances featuring the hit songs of  BTS, SB19, and BINI. As they enter a new year, watch out for SOU's new segment 'MagpaCHIKA,' wherein the hosts give updates and a glimpse into the hosts' preparations leading to the Magpasikat 2024.
