Search warrant operation yields P137,000 worth of shabu in Pasay

Members of the Pasay City Police Substation 9 arrested three drug suspects during a search warrant implementation operation on Wednesday, August 14.

Pasay City police chief PCol. Samuel Pabonita identified the suspects as "Kuya," "Paul," and "Fred." The trio were arrested at around 9:36 p.m. inside their house in 11th-18th St., Villamor Airbase, Pasay City.

Pabonita said members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) coordinated with Pasay City Police for the implementation of a search warrant issued by Judge Edilwasif  Baddiri of Pasay City Regional Trial Court, Branch 115 for the arrest of the suspects.

He said police operatives were able to confiscate 20.29 grams of shabu worth P137.972 from the trio.

The suspects are now detained at the police custodial facility are charged with illegal possession of drugs.
