Woman left paralyzed after live-in partner shoots her in the neck
BAGUIO CITY – A suspected drug pusher wanted for shooting his live-in partner in the neck that left her paralyzed on July 7 was arrested here on Tuesday, August 13.

The Baguio City Police Office said the suspect, Charles, a high-value individual in the illegal drugs trade, was listed as the No. 1 most wanted person in this city.
The warrant of arrest against the suspect for violating Republic Act 9262 or the Violence Against Women and Children Act was issued by Judge Modesto Bahul Jr., Presiding Judge, Baguio Regional Trial Court Branch 2 Family Court.
Seized from the suspect were a sachet of suspected shabu and three sachets of suspected marijuana worth P500,000 and drug paraphernalia.
Charles was taken to the BCPO Station 10 and faces drug related and illegal possession of firearms cases.
