Man yields P1.2-M worth of shabu in Tondo

A total of P1,224,000 worth of shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday, August 14.

The drug suspect was identified as Reymark Romero, 33, a resident of Mata Street, Tondo, Manila.

According to the police report, the suspect was arrested at 2:30 a.m. in front of his house in Tondo.

Police said the confiscated shabu was placed in several plastic sachets.

The shabu, police added, had an estimated weight of 180 grams.

The arrested suspect will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022.
