The Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) recognized Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano as “Outstanding Public Servant” during the 8th Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)-Accredited National Convention of Public Attorneys held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) last August 13.
“In Pasay City, the Public Attorney’s Office has helped countless individuals in infinite ways. Aside from legal assistance and management, PAO has always stood firm in complementing our Tapat at Higit sa Sapat na Paglilingkod brand of service, making it easier for us to serve our public and continuously strive hard to elevate Pasayeños lives,” Rubiano said upon receiving the award.
The PAO said the recognition is given to public servants who demonstrated excellence in public service, as well as rendering assistance to offenders during their trial in courts.
It recognized Rubiano for her nurturing approach and unwavering commitment to public service that positively changed the lives of her constituents.
