2 men wanted for murder arrested in Las Piñas

Two wanted men were arrested in separate operations conducted by members of the Las Piñas city police Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) on Friday, August 9.

The city police chief, Col. Sandro Tafalla, said the arrested persons were identified as alias “Allan Rich,” facing frustrated murder and alias “Bebot,” for murder.

Tafalla said Allan Rich was arrested around 12:30 p.m. at Barangay San Esteban, Dasmarinas, Cavite, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Emily Reyes Alino Gelus of Las Piñas - Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 255 on August 30, 2012 with bail recommended of P200,000.

Meanwhile, he said members of the WSS served the warrant of arrest to alias Bebot who is currently detained at the Las Piñas police custodial facility.

The city police chief said the warrant of arrest served to suspect Bebot was issued by Judge Salvador Timbang of Las Piñas City RTC Branch 253 on June 13, 2013 with no bail recommended.
