SMDC marks topping off of Bloom Residences Buildings L and M

Paving the way for the largest wellness community south of Metro Manila

SM Development Corporation (SMDC), a leader in the real estate sector, has announced the topping off of Bloom Residences Buildings L and M. This milestone advances SMDC’s goal of establishing the largest wellness community south of Metro Manila.

Bloom Residences is meticulously planned to offer a comprehensive living experience for young families. It includes expansive green spaces, resort-style amenities, and extensive wellness facilities. The completion of Buildings L and M is a significant step forward in the development.
