Radisson Hotel Group expands in the Philippines with three more new hotels

The addition of three new hotels, expanding its portfolio by over 450 rooms


International hotel brand Radisson Hotel Group is set to enhance its impressive portfolio with the addition of three new hotels, showcasing its expanding presence and commitment to key travel destinations in the Philippines.

With over 1,360 hotels in operation and under development across EMEA and APAC in more than 95 countries, Radisson Hotel Group is adding over 450 rooms across Cauayan City, Olongapo, and Dasmarinas, marking a significant expansion across Luzon.

The new hotels include the Park Inn by Radisson Cauayan Isabela, opening in Q2 2027, which will be the first international hotel in Cauayan, Isabela, It features 151 rooms, a lobby bar, a breakfast restaurant, a gym, a swimming pool, and three meeting rooms. The Park Inn by Radisson Olongapo Central, debuting in Q1 2028, will offer 151 rooms, and is expected to attract “leisure travelers seeking beachfront relaxation, diving, and water sports.” Lastly, the Park Inn by Radisson Dasmarinas, opening in Q4 2027, will be part of the SM City Dasmarinas mall extension, which will also feature 151 rooms, a lobby bar, a convertible breakfast area, a swimming pool, and a kids' pool.

Currently, Radisson Hotel Group operates six hotels in the Philippines and plans further expansion with additional Park Inn by Radisson and Radisson RED properties. This growth solidifies Park Inn by Radisson’s position as a leading international upper-midscale brand in the country, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
