In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the "habagat" will continue to affect Luzon and the western sections of the Visayas.

The southwest monsoon was expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in the Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Western Visayas were also expected to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the "habagat."

Meanwhile, PAGASA noted that localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to the rest of the country.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, PAGASA noted that the temperature in Metro Manila will range from 26°C to 34°C.

In Baguio City, the temperature will range from 18°C to 22°C, and from 25°C to 34°C in Tuguegarao City.

Laoag City's temperature will range from 26°C to 31°C, and from 26°C to 32°C in Legazpi City.

PAGASA said the temperature in Metro Cebu ranges from 27°C to 33°C, from 25°C to 32°C in Puerto Princesa City, from 25°C to 33°C in Metro Davao, and from 25°C to 33°C in Zamboanga City.

Moreover, PAGASA said Northern Luzon will experience moderate winds and coastal waters.
