Police net P5.9-M shabu, marijuana in Central Luzon


CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police seized shabu and marijuana valued at over P5.9 million in Central Luzon from July 1 to 7.

Police Regional Office-3 Director Police Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said 243 suspected drug pushers and 851.30 grams of shabu and 1,037.70 grams of marijuana were confiscated in 157 operations.

Hidalgo emphasized  the PRO-3's commitment to the anti-illegall drugs campaign.

He cited a collaboration with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) to pursue and apprehend persons engaged in drug-related activities.

This ensures the safety and well-being of the community, Hidalgo said.
