LUCBAN, Quezon – A 29-year-old construction worker allegedly killed his 24-year-old love rival in Barangay Kulapi, this town, on Sunday afternoon, July 7.

Police identified the victim as Jimboy, a farmer, of Barangay Malupak here.
Investigation disclosed that Jimboy arrived on a motorcycle in a store to purchase cigarettes.
The suspect, Mark, a resident of Barangay Kulapi, also arrived onboard a motorcycle and shot the victim twice in the head with a revolver.
Jimboy died on the spot and Mark fled.
Investigation revealed the victim was a lover of the suspect's live-in partner.
Police are pursuing the suspect.
