The company, which has created world-class leisure communities, resort-inspired condominiums, and luxury home communities in the Philippines, unveiled another pioneering abode in its portfolio: Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan’s beachfront cabin. 

Additionally, the company introduced new hospitality attractions and leisure facilities managed by its hospitality arm, Millennial Resorts, at Resort Estates Calatagan South Beach (CaSoBe) in Batangas during a media event on June 25, 2024.

Located in the emerging business and beach tourism hub of Batangas, CaSoBe is a high-end, masterplanned development offering a blend of residential and commercial lots that is accessible within a short two to three-hour drive from Metro Manila.

The 15-hectare property features new accommodations such as the 300-sqm. beachfront chairman’s cabin, a geodesic dome-shaped home called Cupola, and a space capsule stay with Apollo Aeropods. Other accommodations include the pod-like Cocoons and rustic Crusoe Cabins, along with the property’s newest landmark, a 15.5-meter CaSoBe Lighthouse.

Guests can also enjoy other amenities the property has to offer, such as the Aquaria Water Park with three-story slides, the 300-capacity Canopy events space, and the Sands and Captain Barbozza restaurant. There are also fun activities everyone in your family could enjoy like the basketball and volleyball court, rental bikes, and a boat ride for island hopping.
