Actress Diana Zubiri remembered the controversial bikini shoot on the Edsa flyover on Shaw Blvd., which sparked controversy on Nov. 7, 2002.

After 22 years, Diana revealed that the bikini photo was edited before its release in FHM Philippines magazine.

So inedit nila. Naka-bikini talaga ako," Diana informed Boss Toyo, in Pinoy Pawnstars Episode 381, uploaded on July 5.

Diana added: "Hindi puwedeng ilabas kasi makukulong ako. Nagkaroon kami ng hearing noon. So nag-public apology kami. Yung magazine also.

Diana visited Boss Toyo to sell four FHM magazines featuring her on the cover.

The negotiation between Diana and Boss Toyo was a rollercoaster. It started with an offer of P5,000, then jumped to P8,000, and finally reached a peak at P20,000. After a series of back-and-forths, they settled for $400 (roughly P23,404).

Boss Toyo mentioned that the amount could have been higher if Diana had provided the picture's raw file.

So right after the pictorial, binigyan ako ng cellphone. Yun ang gift nila sa akin," Diana said.

Diana also said she had no regrets about accepting sexy roles.

The actress mentioned that she enjoyed her visit to Boss Toyo.

I think worth it nga," she added.

Diana, 39, is currently based in Australia. She got married to Andy Smith in 2015. They have three children.
