With the highly-anticipated offering just right around the corner, the Foxies became the latest squad to announce their reinforcement.

The 25-year-old outside hitter is making her international debut in Asia after turning pro four years ago.

After putting her talent on display in the collegiate scene with Arizona Western College and Grand Canyon University, Murillo made the leap to Europe in 2021 where she had stints in Greece, France and Czechia, and in Cyprus in between her years of club career.

Aside from Murillo, Farm Fresh is also looking forward to securing the services of one of the top incoming rookies during the league’s first-ever draft on Monday, July 8.

The Foxies were assigned to be the fourth-picking team in the draft following their ninth place finish in the season-opening All-Filipino Conference on a 3-8 record.

Seeing how it could improve from there, the reverse grid order will give Farm Fresh the chance to strengthen its lineup and make a breakthrough in the league with fresh talents off the collegiate scene.

Meanwhile, PLDT will be reuniting with Russian Elena Samoilenko as its import, with Americans Khat Bell and Erica Stauton suiting up for Chery Tiggo and Creamline, respectively.

Another Russian in Marina Tushova will bolster Capital1’s lineup with USA’s Zoi Faki and MJ Perez of Venezuela also having the same goal in mind.

A few days prior, Akari, which was reeling from the departure of Dindin Santiago-Manabat, sought the services of American middle blocker Oly Okaro.
