'Kabayo' yields P1M shabu in Imus buy-bust

CAVITE – A high-value individual (HVI) was collared in a buy-bust operation in Imus City, Cavite, on Wednesday, July 3.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the suspect as alias Kabayo, a 36-year-old resident of Bacoor City.

Confiscated during the joint buy-bust operation by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and Imus Component City Police Station (CCPS) were 150 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P1,020,000.

Alias Kabayo is now under the custody of PDEU and is facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002

The confiscated pieces of evidence, meanwhile, will be brought to the Provincial Forensic Unit for examination.
