3 Muntinlupa cops bag outstanding service awards


Three members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Muntinlupa were awarded for their outstanding service. 

They are Capt. Aminoden Mangonday, Executive Master Sgt. Marlou Jacob and Staff Sgt. Reynold Aguirre.

The three were among the awardees at the Ignacio B Jimenez PNP Awards, Excellence in the Line of Service 2024 by JCI Manila and PNP.

“Being recognized with the ‘Outstanding Police Service Awards’ speaks volumes about the professionalism, dedication, and remarkable contribution of our PNP Muntinlupa personnel to law enforcement, and community relations. Their exceptional work and unwavering commitment serve as a beacon of inspiration to their colleagues and reflect the highest standards of police service,” said Muntinlupa Police chief Col. Robert Domingo.

“Congratulations to your well-deserved honor!” the Muntinlupa City government posted on Facebook. 

The Ignacio B Jimenez PNP Awards aimed “to recognize the hard work and dedication of service policemen and women who often go unrecognized for their contributions to the community,” according to the JCI Manila - Ignacio B. Gimenez PNP Awards Facebook account. 

The three Muntinlupa police officers are among the nine awardees from the Southern Police District. 

The other awardees from SPD are Col. Jenny Tecson, Chief Master Sgt. Roderick Alcantara and Staff Sgt. Glory Omar of the District Community Affairs and Development Division; and Col. Edward Cutiyog, Capt. Jenibeth Artista and Executive Master Sgt. Eva Saquing of the Makati City Police Station.
