Four men were arrested for possession of shabu by the police during the implementation of a search warrant in an EMBO (enlisted men’s barrio) barangay in Taguig on July 2.
The Taguig Police said the search warrant was issued by Presiding Judge Byron San Pedro of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 15 on July 1 against alias Bukol for alleged violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

The operation was conducted in Barangay Pembo, Taguig resulting in the arrest of alias Bukol, 49, along with alias Herbert, 40; alias Allan, 54; and alias Rock, 42.
During the search, authorities seized 11 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 21.3 grams valued at P144,840.
The seized drugs will be submitted to the Southern Police District (SPD) Forensic Unit for analysis.
A complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 is being prepared against the suspects and will be filed before the Taguig City Prosecutor's Office.
