“It's the highest debut on the chart this week, and earns him his sixth career solo entry. It's also the second-highest solo debut of his career, after ‘Like Crazy’ (No. 1 debut in 2023),” according to a post by Billboard Charts on X.

Meanwhile, Jimin's “Muse” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, earning “him his second career solo entry on the chart, after 'Face' (EP) (No. 2 peak in 2023).”

In addition, “Who” debuted at No. 1 on the global charts: Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S.

Billboard reported that with this, Jimin became the second BTS member to top the charts following Jungkook.

The two global charts “rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the United States.”

“Chart ranks are based on a weighted formula incorporating official-only streams on both subscription and ad-supported tiers of audio and video music services, as well as download sales, the latter of which reflect purchases from full-service digital music retailers from around the world, with sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites excluded from the charts’ calculations,” according to Billboard.

It added that “Who” topped the  Billboard Global 200 chart with “with 90.5 million streams and 129,000 sold worldwide through July 25.”

“Who” also captured the top spot on the “Global Excl. U.S. with 76 million streams and 76,000 sold outside the U.S. July 19-25.”

“Thanks to Jung Kook and Jimin, BTS becomes the first group with multiple members that have led both the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S.,” Billboard added.
