In a message, the President said the religious sect's 110th anniversary was historic and proves its members' resilience and dedication.

He hoped that they could continue inspiring the nation toward unity and progress.

"Nawa’y magpatuloy kayong maging inspirasyon hindi lamang sa inyong pamayanan, kung hindi para sa buong bansa (I hope you continue serving as an inspiration not only in your community but for the entire country)," Marcos wrote.

"Ang inyong walang sawang paglilingkod at mga gawain ay naglalarawan ng pagkakaisa, pag-unlad, at mas malalim na pang-unawa bilang isang sambayanan (Your unrelenting service and activities is a picture of unity, progress, and a deeper understanding as a nation),” he added.

Marcos urged INC members to continue strengthening their belief and love of God and fellowmen and to pray for the country’s future filled with hope, prosperity, and peace.

"Sa bawat hakbang ng kabutihan at malasakit, maging instrumento nawa tayo ng pagbabago sa ating lipunan, at ating isakatuparan ang Bagong Pilipinas na makabubuti para sa lahat (With kindness and concern, let us become instruments of change in our society and realize a New Philippines that would be better for all)," he said.

The theme for Church’s 110th anniversary is, “People of God Should Continue to Please Him.”
