Sergio Azuaga of Venezuela won Man of the World 2024 during a competition held at Winford Hotel in Sta. Cruz, Manila, on July 26.

Other winners were Kenneth Cabungcal (Philippines), 1st runner-up; Gwen Jegouzo (France), 2nd runner-up; Fernando Padin (Puerto Rico), 3rd runner-up; and Sebas Mora (Ecuador), 4th runner-up.
