P3PWD Party-list nominee Rowena Guanzon is convinced that Senator Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa will have another viral crying video soon, this time because of his predicament with the International Criminal Court (ICC).

This, as Guanzon reacted to news over the weekend that the ICC has tagged Dela Rosa as a suspect in its investigation on the bloody war against illegal drugs of the previous Duterte administration.

"Abangan ang video ni Bato na umiiyak. ICC suspect sya sa extra judicial killings. Karma is real," Guanzon, a former Commission on Elections (Comelec), said in an X post.

"This is Bato has been so afraid of. - The ICC. Sleepless nights na sya. Genocide yon," she claimed.

(He's having sleepless nights. That's genocide.)

Dela Rosa was the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in 2016 when former president Rodrigo Duterte launched his drug war.

The last time that Dela Rosa went viral for crying was when Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri stepped down as Senate President last May.
