Newborn baby boy found on riverside in Quezon

CANDELARIA, Quezon – A newborn baby boy was found on a riverside in Sitio Biten, Barangay Kinatihan 1, this town, on Thursday afternoon, July 25.

The infant was discovered by barangay tanod Ronald Diwa.

The baby’s umbilical cord and placenta were still attached when he was found.

He was taken by barangay officials to the municipal health office for proper assessment and documentation.

Police are conducting an investigation to find out who left him.
