According to the Navotas Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office(DRRMO), the high tide will be experienced around 1:24 p.m. with a height of 1.9 meters.

In a radio report, the DRRMO said flood waters can go as high as knee-deep but heavy rains can elevate these.

The DRRMO will be on standby for search and rescue operations.

The local government's pumping stations are operational but due to the broken floodgate that blocks the seawater during high tide, the pumping stations cannot handle the volume of water.

Meanwhile, the local government has started distributing relief goods to residents affected by the floods brought about by Typhoon Carina.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), reported that Typhoon Carina left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Thursday, July 25, at 6:20 a.m.
