QC LGU evacuates residents in flooded areas

Due to continuous rains brought by Typhoon Carina, the Quezon City government started evacuating residents in flooded areas on Wednesday morning, July 24.

According to the city government, the QC Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office (QCDRRMO) already started its search and rescue operations in Barangay Talayan.

Other personnel of QCRDRRMO were deployed to different areas in the city to support residents currently affected by the flooding.

The following are the evacuation centers prepared by the city government:
