SM Supermalls in Parañaque offers temporary shelter for evacuees

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said SM Supermalls in the city offered temporary shelter for evacuees affected by flood due to the torrential rains brought about by the enhanced Habagat and Typhoon Carina on Wednesday, July 24.
Olivarez said SM City Sucat, SM City Bicutan, and SM City BF Parañaque announced that residents may seek temporary shelter inside the malls..
Free WiFi, charging stations, and the overnight parking was also offered by the malls.
A help desk for immediate assistance of those affected by the typhoon was also set up inside the establishments.
Olivarez also advised residents to call the city government’s local hotline at 8820-PQUE (7783), 0961-0966249, and 911 for emergency assistance.
