Laborer falls to death in Quezon

TIAONG, Quezon â€“ A 43-year-old construction worker plunged to his death from a mango tree in Sitio Centro, Barangay Talisay, this town, on Monday noon, July 22.

Police identified the victim as Anisito Saludario Sildo.

Investigation said the victim climbed the mango tree to pick fruits but he stepped on a weak branch 20 feet high and fell and hit his head on the ground.

He died on the spot.
