Three men in possession of illegal drugs and a firearm were arrested by members of the Las Piñas City Police during anti-crime operations on Monday night, July 22.
Col. Sandro Tafalla, Las Piñas City Police chief, identified the arrested suspects as alias Carter, 47, alias Emmanuel, 40, and alias Roberto, 48, who were all nabbed during a foot patrol operation by the police.
The Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspects were arrested at around 11:45 p.m. in Pulanglupa Dos, Las Piñas City.
Alias Carter and Emmanuel were found in possession of illegal drugs while alias Roberto yielded a .45 caliber pistol with live ammunition.

The arrested suspects are now detained at the police custodial facility.
Carter and Emmanuel were charged with illegal possession of drugs while Roberto was charged with illegal possession of a firearm in relation to the implementation of the gun ban for the State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2024.
