Dump truck drags low hanging wires in Payatas, Quezon City

A dump truck hit and dragged telecommunication cables and electric posts causing it to lean towards the street along V.V. Soliven and Payatas Road, Quezon City on Monday morning, July 22.

The accident caused the closure of Payatas Road to trucks and other large vehicles. Only one lane is passable.

The dump truck is already under the custody of Quezon City Police District Sector 5.

As of this writing, clearing operations are ongoing to bring back power and telephone lines in the affected areas.
